Back up used to work with GNUTAR, but now errors out "permission denied" on certain directories while backing up using dump

gnutar reads the directory structures and uses "runtar" which is a suid-root program. Dump however needs access to the device. And the device must be readable by the group that "amandabackup" user is in. If the group is not the primary group of "amandabackup" on that client, then need to set the "group" variable in services [xinetd.d if xinetd is used]
