Amanda Enterprise 3.3.6 VMware patch fixes issues in VMware backup agent which runs on the Amanda Enterprise server.
All Amanda Enterprise 3.3.6 customers using VMware agent must install this patch.
Installation procedure
Note: Amanda VMware backup or recovery should not be in progress when the patch is being installed.
- The patch is applicable for Amanda Enterprise 3.3.6 servers only.
- Copy the downloaded patch as super user to the Amanda Enterprise server
- Run the patch in a temporary directory as superuser. You may have enable execute permission for the patch file.

Changes in the patch
- Multiple differential (backup level 1) backups of VMware virtual machine will work correctly.
