Server Installation Checks

When users log into Zmanda Management Console, they can run Server Installation Checks. These checks should be performed immediately after installation and after hardware/software upgrades.

Select the Checkbox in the Login page and log in.  The "Server Installation Information" page will show users, the list of checks being performed.

If there are configuration issues or networking or name resolution issues, these checks can take a lot of time.  The checks that fail are displayed in red.  Failures might result in backup or restore failures.  Users should be able to continue configuration of backup sets and policies.

Any errors related to self-check request failed. Please try disabling the SELinux option inside the file (path; /etc/selinux/config) and then run the command "setenforce 0". Now check whether the SELinux is enforcing or permissive using the command "getenforce". Try the above steps if selfcheck request fails.
