Introduction

• Verify Tab consolidates all verification tasks that can be performed in Zmanda Management Console.
• Verify Server and Client checks the feasibility of running Backup Set configuration that users have created.
• It can also be used to verify Amanda installation and perform backup/restore test to local disk (end to end test).
• It also allows users to verify the backed up data of any backup run.
• The steps are available are on different tabs as under:

  • Clients
  • Data
• Before running Server, Client Data verification, please ensure that correct backup set has been selected.
• Users can choose the correct Backup set from the drop down box as shown below.
